Har ni något cirkulärt initiativ som ni är extra stolta över?

This one is hard as we have done a few.
But selecting here: the building and implementation of design principles for a Scandinavian textile and homeware brand. Great to see how the teams' daily design decisions changed as the knowledge grew. How this led to better footprint for the brand and smarter business decisions.
Also want to mention the farm to brand transparency projects. Getting visibility down to Tier4 and connecting the farmers with the brand had great benefits. I would say one of the biggest one, increasing the respect for the fiber and the products that were made from them. Added benefits, we got primary impact data and managed to shorten the supply chain.

Lack of knowledge and change management has been the biggest challenges.We see that the best result we get when we have top management buy in but building the projects from bottom up.
